Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:
- The project has not yet been started.
- We are unable to deliver the agreed service.
- A duplicate payment was made by mistake.
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Completed and delivered projects.
- Approved work or finalized deliverables.
- Change of mind after work has begun.
- Delays caused by missing client files, feedback, or project requirements.
- Services already rendered, including editing, animation, consultation, or content production.
Revisions Before Refunds
Client satisfaction is important to us. Before a refund is considered, we encourage clients to utilize the revision process included with their service package.
Our team will make reasonable efforts to address concerns and ensure the final deliverable meets the agreed requirements.
Subscription Services
For recurring or subscription-based services:
- Clients may cancel future billing at any time.
- No refunds will be issued for services already delivered or billing periods already started.
Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
- Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
Clients are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of current and future services.
